Celebrating 125 years of college-prep education, standing on a proud heritage and a promising future: Randolph-Macon Academy
Back To Top
Founded in 1892 as an all-boys college-prep school, Randolph-Macon Academy was one of two feeder schools for Randolph-Macon College.
Following a period of great success, a fire decimated the main building and the Great Depression hit. But Randolph-Macon Academy survived.
Social changes and the Vietnam War changed the path of military schools. R-MA became co-ed and switched to Air Force JROTC.
Today, Randolph-Macon Academy is one of the best college-prep military schools in America, with 100% of graduates accepted to college each year.
