A student and a cadet life supervisor hang out in the cross hall of the boys' dorm at Randolph-Macon Academy, a co-ed college-prep boarding school in Virginia.

Dorm Staff - Cadet Life Supervisors
Our adult Cadet Life Supervisors (CLS) live in the dorms with the students, providing close, consistent supervision.  These members of the residence life faculty:
  • Offer encouragement
  • Provide structure
  • Ensure the dormitory is an extension of the classroom and the home
  • Implement the Residential Life Program at R-MA

Through pro-active dialogue and personal involvement in the lives of their cadets, the CLSs teach life skills and values.  It is our pleasure to introduce these men and women to you:
