English as a Second Language (ESL)

Stunders enrolled in the summer ESL program at Randolph-Macon Academy engage in classroom sessions, cultural and historical trips, and test preparation.

Summer Programs 2013 session will be June 30 - July 26, 2013.

Students with limited English-speaking ability obtain practical instruction in English as a Second Language (ESL). The course combines classroom group sessions, individualized self-paced computer programs, cultural experiences, and other activities to provide a total-immersion program of the English language. It is highly recommended that students desiring to enroll in Randolph-Macon Academy for the academic year complete the summer ESL program or score a 45 or higher on the SLEP examination or 75 or higher on the TOEFL.
