* Expense Deposit: Required for all students and is applied toward the cost of books, uniforms, blankets for boarding students, P.E. uniforms, allowance, etc. This account is also used for laundry and dry-cleaning, counseling charges, parking fees, weekend activities, bookstore purchases, and any other required items or fees. Most students will incur additional expenses throughout the year, so additional deposits may be required. This account must be paid in full every 30 days once the deposit is depleted.

Allowance: Middle School boarding students will receive a weekly allowance as specified by his/her parent. We recommend $15 to $25 per week. Weekly allowances will be deducted from the student's expense account. Upper School students are encouraged to set up their own debit card program. A Wells Fargo ATM is available on campus.

Van Transportation: Randolph-Macon Academy provides daily van transportation to and from Winchester, Virginia and Haymarket, Virginia for day students that live in those areas. Additional fees will apply. For more information contact Mr. Don Williams at dwilliams@rma.edu or 540-636-5346.
